2.1 If the User continues to browse and use this website, they are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with The Crowd Converters Privacy Policy, govern The Crowd Converters relationship with the User in relation to this website. If the User disagrees with any part of these terms and conditions, they must not use the website.

The inclusion of any links foes not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them. 6.4 Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, The Crowd Converters takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond their control.

7. Payment:

7.1 Cash, all major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are usually 100% payment upfront for the services we provide. This may say otherwise on invoices, in which case the invoice terms are applicable. All goods remain the property of The Crowd Converters until paid in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of England’s base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement is complete. 7.2 We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed £3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

8. Cancellation policy:

8.1 Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation required for retainer-based work. 8.2 Social media consultation and services require a minimum or 48 hours notice, the initial 50% deposit will not be reimbursed, we also reserve the right to collect any outstanding monies owed based on the timeline of the current project. That is to say if cancellation is requested 1 week prior to completion we will bill for the additional time spent to date. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £90 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

9. Termination of agreements and refunds policy:

9.1 Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded. 9.2 Some courses offered have a 48 hour money back guarantee. This is specified on each individual course and is only applicable if the User and/or Client has not seen what the course has said it will. For example, a course for business growth, if there has been no growth what so ever the course can be refunded to it’s full amount.
